OM1s kept up their 100% record against a visiting Staines side with a comprehensive victory which was sadly overshadowed by a serious leg injury to club stalwart CJC. All out thoughts are with Chris as he continues to undergo treatment in hospital.
Thanks also are extended to the Staines coaching and medical staff who helped keep Chris safe whilst the ambulance arrived.
Finally, the club extends its appreciation to all 2s players who selflessly agreed to give upi their game so the 1s could complete the match (as the ambulance attendance shut down the 1s pitch for over an hour).
